BAADER is one of the leading suppliers of process equipment for the salmon industry. In connection with our movements within the industry we have often come across BAADER machines such as trimming robots, de-headers, filleting machines and similar.
In connection with Seafood Proessing Europe (SPE), which is held annually in Brussels at the exhibition halls around the Atomium - an icon from the World's Fair in 1958 - where the major equipment vendors can showcase their latest technology.
BAADER has one of the biggest booths at the fair where they amoung other events have the live demonstrations of new equipment. However, these events have a limitation in terms of space. It is not possible to bring a whole factory to the exhibition.
To illustrate a larger concept and not just single machines or smaller integrated solution, BAADER decided to create a virtual tour making use of the benefits which animation brings to the table. The idea is to visualize the salmon factory of tommorow. This is illusttrated by high-end factory layout and design along with large capacity.
All the equipment shown in the animation is actual models made from construction data, this includes conveyor belts, cooling tanks, de-heading, filleting machines, trimming robots etc.
The benefit for BAADER in this project is the ability to visualize a total layout in action. A salmon production from intake to filleting and packing.
