Architectual visualization

Housing visualization is one of the areas where 3D renderings are used most frequently. The typical scenario is that we will be connected to a task as soon as the architect's drawings are more or less finished. This combined with a detailed list of materials and we can create amazing visualizations that appear so lifelike you'd think it was real photos. The material we develop can be used in different phases of a project sales. Eg. when searching funding is just under only bring CAD drawings of the construction project. Here, vivid visualizations make a huge difference.

The visualizations we produce are very often used in sales and marketing to the final purchaser. It is popular to buy before the building is finished and here it is important for the buyer to get a realistic impression of the finished home. We provide content for the brochure and sales displays, while offering to carry the whole DTP work on the task.

The techniques involved in visualization projects are advanced. It includes primarily high detailed 3D models of buildings, furniture, houses, trees, cars and everything else seen in the pictures. Additionally, it requires great computational power to calculate the light. Therefore, it requires both a creative design savvy person who has good sense of style, atmosphere and colors, but also IT people who know how to translate the creative to the final rendering.
